Main attributes would include customer service experience, attention to detail, organizational and computer skills along with being a team player. The ability to speak and write English and French is a must. Industry experience a plus. A P.Eng. designation and membership (or eligibility for membership) with APEGBC is required. The responsibilities fall into three categories: 1. Product design in conformance with industry standards; 2. Manufacturing engineering, preferably employing lean methods. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is able to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced production environment and is not afraid of new challenges. Previous experience with a minimum of three years in a related industry is desirable. Some travel will be required. Salary commensurate with experience and accompanied with a comprehensive benefits package.
